A Day in the Life ... // Stanstead Mountfitchet Castle

So my Mum and family came up for the Monday bank holiday and we decided to do something different that we wouldn't normally do so we went to the Stansted Mountfitchet castle. I think Francesca really enjoyed herself. I would definitely recommend going if you have any younger siblings or kids.

It is basically a fun educational mottle and bailey castle from the Norman times, where kids can learn whilst having a bit of fun, in an open air museum.
